How do I clean my GoodGlass? Is it dishwasher-safe?

First off, make sure you wash your GoodGlass before using it for the first time.
Beyond that, everything but the lid can go in the dishwasher. Since the lid is made of real bamboo, it needs to be hand-washed and should NOT be left to soak in the sink, which can cause it warp or crack.

Does the wooden lid require any special care?

The outer shell is made of real, fast-growing, environmentally friendly bamboo. So it must not be dishwashed or left to soak in water, as it may warp or crack.

Need to replace a lost or cracked lid? No problem! Get in touch and we can send you a new one!

Is it safe to put my GoodGlass in the freezer? What about hot liquids?

Absolutely! Every GoodGlass is made of borosilicate glass to handle extreme temperature changes. So you can freeze it or pour boiling water into it without having to worry. Borosilicate glass also makes GoodGlass really good at keeping your drink hot or cold for longer.

The silicon seal came out of my lid. Is that normal?

We designed GoodGlass with functionality and hygiene in mind. Each part is intentionally created to be removable to make washing and maintaining your GoodGlass easier. This includes the BPA-free, silicone seal. That said, the seal can occasionally come loose and need to be put back in. To get the seal fitted snugly in the lid, we recommend using something narrow, like the handle of a spoon.

The filter seems loose in my GoodGlass. What’s up with that?

Your filter was carefully designed to fit perfectly into your GoodGlass. That said, it might require some adjusting until you get that extremely satisfying “snap” it’s designed for. You do this by adjusting the position of the small steel dimples that lock the filter into the bottle.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use GoPay’s integrated system for quick, safe and reliable bank transfers & credit card payments. You can also choose Cash On Delivery and pay when you receive the goods. Whatever works best for you.

What delivery options do you offer?

To make getting your GoodGlass as easy as possible, we’ve partnered up with Zasilkovna. Not only are their shipping rates hard-to-beat, they also offer numerous shipping options (including home delivery) and have 1420 pickup points in 6 countries. If you order to a Zasilkovna pickup location they can hold the GoodGlass for you for up to 2 weeks.

How long will delivery take?

Orders get processed and shipped every Tuesday and Friday. Orders received by 10am will go out that day. Shipping usually takes 2–3 days. Picking your order up from a Zasilkovna location is the fastest way to receive it.

How does your free return policy work?
